Free shipping an all orders over $100 AUD

Item's will ship next day, shipping days are from Monday to Thursday, any orders made from Friday to sunday will be shipped out the following monday. If it is stated in the product description that the item is a pre-order the expected shipping dates will also be available in the product description.

Returns

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. The buyer will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the buyer wants to exchange it for another item they will then need to pay for the new item to be shipped out to them. We only offer returns for gift vouchers or exchanges. If the item is faulty or there is an error on our end we will cover the costs of shipping for an exchange, repair or we will refund the total amount of the order after receiving the faulty item.
